With herdr running, use the address the installer prints or opens, normally **[127.0.0.1:7317](http://127.0.0.1:7317)**; the plugin can choose and remember another port if that one is busy. On a plugin-only install, run herdr's **Start Ovis** action. On a new install on a PC with a desktop, the installer opens the address in your browser for you; click **Install** in the address bar to add the app. The installed app belongs to that exact address, so keep using it rather than switching between `127.0.0.1` and `localhost`.
